"John Paragano represented me in a very precarious matter in of all places traffic court in Union, NJ, and having to deal with my very stodgy driving record. Although it has been of recent note, my past was going to make it difficult for me to continue my driving privileges without a suspension or fine along with surcharges. Because of said complicated matter the matter was adjourned and through his research and negotiation skills we settled with the prosecutor a matter that barely had any skin and a lot of complexity. Even the judge was impressed about the detail of researched Law and its implementation on my behalf, and made me acknowledge it during the court proceedings. I am grateful for the outcome as I left Court without further complications to my driving record, a minimal fine and no surcharge for a moving violation."
